At Handmade Pillows, we want you to love your home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your handcrafted pillows within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused pillows in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from dust and moisture during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
